The Basic concepts of Buddhism

(Basic concepts of Buddhism)-

(Sensation/Springing from contact of six senses with the world)
(Perception)
(State of mind)
(Consciousness)

The Gospel of Buddhism

Buddha recognized the fact that the world is full of misery and unhappiness. Asking what could be the causes of this misery Buddha found that there could be only two-

1. A part of this misery and unhappiness of the man is the result of his own misconduct. To remove this cause of misery he preached the practice of Panch Sila.
2. A part of this misery and unhappiness in the world  was according to Buddha, the result of man's inequality towards man. For the removal of man's in equality the Buddha prescribed the Noble Eight-fold Path

Real and unreal-
According to Buddhist philosophy, things which are capable of objective action is real and which is not capable of objective action is unreal. For example, sweet and bread are real because they are capable of nourishment or satisfying our hunger which is the objective action. Whereas, as per old theory, thing which is not capable of objective action is real since it is immutable, eternal, unchangeable and perfect.
According to Nagarjuna, reality is relative and not absolute. Everything is real within certain limit. Beyond those limit,it is unreal. Is the objective world real ?
Yes, it is real as far as worldly knowledge goes. But from the view of the transcendental truth, it is unreal.
i. World as a conglomeration not of things but of events i.e. world  as made up of events.
ii. Buddhist concept of Dependent origination replaced the old theory of cause of effect.
iii. Theory of collectivity of causes- No effect has only one cause, but several causes together gives birth of one effect ( object). Secondly, cause is entirely different from effect i. e. the emergence of effect is a qualitative change which can not take place unless all the causes are pooled in the required measure quality.

Rahul Sankrityayan
In spite of some rationalism in their philosophy; their belief in rebirth, yogic mysticism and some other views are the same as in other religion.
In fact, Buddha is neither materialistic nor idealistic. He is a dynamic realist and a practical revolutionary. His aim is to remove suffering.

Mulk Raj Anand-
As per Hindu philosophy, all living beings die, only to be reborn in the form of other beings superior or inferior according to previous lives. The Buddha accepted this concept, but the difference  between his view and that of the Brahmins lies in the emphasis on the moral natural of his approach to deeds rather than the psychological or theological interpretation given by Brahmins.

never persist in the same way, but  they vanish/dissolve moment to moment. In fact, this
                     is the law of Universe. From this law of Impermanence, other two characteristics;
suffering (dukkha) and not-self (anatta) are derived.
Sabbesankharaanicca i.e. whatever subject to origination is subject to cessation.
Everything; be it living or non-living, mind or matter, is subjected to
change. Things are changing all the time. They are not permanent. So are our thoughts, feelings
